Imperial Capital is pleased to announce that Chris Byers has been promoted to Principal, Deal Team. Since joining Imperial Capital in 2023, Chris has been a trusted presence on the deal team, contributing to Frontier Service Partners and now leading the firm’s work with Cultivate Behavioral.
We are also pleased to announce the promotion of Mitch Busch to Vice President, Deal Team. Since joining Imperial Capital in 2022, Mitch has been a key driver across the portfolio, playing a meaningful role at Elase Medical Spas, Frontier Service Partners and Skyline Roofing Partners.
Rebecca Young has been promoted to Senior Associate, Deal Team. Rebecca first came to Imperial Capital as a summer intern in 2021 and returned full time the following year. Since then, she has made meaningful contributions across the portfolio, including Northridge Infrastructure Solutions, Elase Medical Spas, Fortis Fire & Safety and Hera Women’s Health.
