Les is currently an Associate at Imperial Capital. Les joined Imperial in 2026 from CPP Investments where he was focused on private equity investments in healthcare and technology. Prior to that, he worked in investment banking at TD Securities and Canaccord Genuity. 

Education

Les completed his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance with Distinction at Simon Fraser University.
