Roza is currently the Head of Talent Management at Imperial Capital, leading the firm’s talent strategy, recruitment, and organizational effectiveness initiatives. She joined Imperial in 2026 from Onex.

Roza received her Bachelor of Arts degree from University of Toronto - Victoria College.
